Founder & Group Facilitator
Evelynne Sumlin, LCSW
Evelynne Sumlin is the Founder and Group Facilitator of Blossom Girlz and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families. She uses a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to create emotionally safe spaces where girls can explore feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. As a homeschool mom, Evelynne combines professional expertise and lived experience to empower girls through connection, self-awareness, and intentional growth.
Financial Coordinator & Co-Facilitator
Jennifer Cushinberry, LCSW
Jennifer Cushinberry serves as the Financial Coordinator and Co-Facilitator of Blossom Girlz and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing trauma-informed care. She supports girls and families through a strengths-based approach focused on emotional growth, self-discovery, and healing. As a homeschool mom, Jennifer values child-centered learning and is passionate about nurturing youth development through connection, encouragement, and meaningful support.
Intake Coordinator & Co-Facilitator
Victoria William
Victoria William serves as the Intake Coordinator and Co-Facilitator for Blossom Girlz. An avid volunteer, she brings years of experience supporting children through her church and local community. Victoria is passionate about youth development and dedicated to creating warm, inclusive spaces where girls feel welcomed, encouraged, and empowered. She enjoys helping girls build confidence, form healthy friendships, and discover their unique strengths through meaningful connection, support, and intentional growth.
Digital Content & Administrative Coordinator
Pamela Torres
Pamela Torres plays a key role in developing and maintaining the digital content for Blossom Girlz. She manages the website, creates weekly newsletters, and designs the workbooks that support each program experience.
With a focus on creativity and clarity, Pamela ensures that every piece of content reflects the heart of the organization. She also provides administrative support to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
