The Blossom Girlz Emerging Leaders Program is designed for high school girls who are ready to grow into confident and compassionate leaders. Through mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful opportunities to guide younger girls, participants strengthen their voice, build character, and develop practical leadership skills that will serve them in school, their communities, and their future.
Emerging Leaders not only grow as individuals they also learn that true leadership means uplifting others and helping the next generation rise.

We are currently seeking 2–5 high school girls to join the Founding Emerging Leaders Cohort for the Blossom Girlz Emerging Leaders Program.
This select group of young leaders will help shape the program during its pilot phase while gaining mentorship, leadership training, and meaningful opportunities to lead and mentor younger girls.
Spots are limited. Applications are reviewed carefully.
